Instructions for filling the Online Application Form (OAF)

Candidates are advised to go through the instructions carefully The candidate should check carefully for any errors in the data entered in the Application Form before clicking the “SUBMIT and PRINT” Button. Once the candidate clicks the same button, no further changes to the application can be made.
Incomplete / incorrect applications are liable to be rejected without prior intimation to the candidate. Multiple application forms from the same candidate for the same post will lead to disqualification of the candidate.
DEE, Assam is not responsible for any error that the candidate commits while filling the OAF. Strictly follow the guidelines provided for scanning and uploading the photograph and signature.

IMPORTANT: After filling the application, take a printout and check if all the entries in the online application is printed. if some details are missing in the printout, contact / mail us immediately to correct the same.

‘Registration For Lower Primary Teacher Position/Registration for Upper Primary Teacher Position”

Steps to be followed while filling Online Application Form:-
1. A candidate must first register by providing basic information such as Full Name (as per the HSSLC certificate), a valid E-Mail address, Mobile Number etc.
  • Click on the link “Register for Lower Primary Teacher Position / Register for Upper Primary Teacher Position” appearing on the home page
  • Select TET in which Qualified , from the drop-down List.
  • Enter TET Roll No.
  • Enter TET Certificate No.
  • Enter Name as recorded in the school certificate
  • Select post from the drop—down list(Only for Upper Primary Teacher Position)
  • Select District- Applied for from the drop—down list.
  • Select Gender
  • Select category belongs to, other than UR, you must attach the certificate . (A copy along with original should be produced at the time of certificate verification )
  • Enter Date of Birth
  • Indicate if you are working as regular teacher
  • Provide your correct MOBILE number and E-MAIL ID, because all communication from DEE will be through the registered mobile and E-mail ID only. No Oral communication or postal correspondence will be made under any circumstances
  • Click the Button, Once you receive the “ OTP”, enter the same in the Box provided.

2. Click , to proceed directly to the application form. Your ‘Username’ and ‘Password’ to login in future will be sent to your Registered E-Mail ID and Mobile number. The system allows you to enter the data, save partially filled form. Logout, and resume filling the form by logging in again.

3. Application Form:
  • ‘Particulars as furnished by the Candidate at the time of Registration’ appears in the application form.
  • Appropriate Selection has to be made on ‘Physically Handicapped and “Ex-Serviceman”
  • If you participated in NCC (B&C certificate), SPORTS or Cultural, either STATE / NATIONAL Level only.
  • Required Qualification Details.
  • Additional qualification, if any, needs to be entered though it is not mandatory
  • Kindly provide the complete permanent address and correspondence address.
  • If correspondence address is same as permanent address, then select the following check box "Tick If Permanent & Correspondence Address is Same".
  • BPL candidates must upload the BPL Certificate from the competent authority. Other candidates must provide the IPO details accordingly.

4. GUIDELINES FOR SCANNING OF THE PHOTOGRAPH & SIGNATURE:
PHOTO IMAGE:
Before applying online a candidate will be required to have a scanned or digital image of his/her photograph and signature as per the specifications given below:
  • Photograph must have been taken recently and in passport size.
  • The photo must be in color, with a light-colored, preferably white, background. The photo should provide a full-face view looking into the camera directly.
  • If you normally wear spectacles make sure that there is no glare or reflections and that your eyes can be seen clearly . - Caps, hats and dark glasses are not acceptable. Religious headwear is allowed but the full face must be clearly visible.
  • PHOTOGRAPH IMAGE should be of PASSPORT SIZE and should be less than 50 Kb. The image should be in .jpg or .jpeg format

SIGNATURE IMAGE:
  • The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black Ink pen.
  • Scan the image and crop the same to the dimension of 6 cm Width X 2.4 cm Height.
  • Maximum file— size should be less than 20 Kb. The image should be in .jpg or .jpeg format
  • Candidates using MS Windows/MSOffice can easily obtain photo and signature in .jpeg format not exceeding 50KB & 20KB respectively by using MS Paint or MSOffice Picture Manager. Scanned photograph and signature in any format can be saved in .jpg format by using ‘Save As’ option in the File menu and size can be reduced below 50KB(photograph) & 20KB(signature) by using crop and then resize option.
  • If the file size and format are not as prescribed, an error message will be displayed.
  • Procedure for Uploading the Photograph and Signature
  • There are two separate links for uploading Photograph and Signature

(ii) Click on the respective link “Upload Photograph / Signature”
  • Browse & Select the location where the Scanned Photo / Signature file has been saved.
  • Select the file by clicking on it.
  • Click the “Save “ Button.
  • Once both are Uploaded then finally Click the “SAVE Photo & Signature”
  • Button to complete the process.

Follow same procedure for uploading all relevant documents. The total permissible size of each file is 300kb.
The Online Application will not be accepted unless the photo, signature and other required documents as specified.
Click ‘Continue’ button to recheck (PREVIEW) the data provided by you. If you want, you can do edit / correct the data. Click SUBMIT and PRINT button to COMPLETE the Online Application Process.
Take the final print - out with your Application number for all future reference.

The eligible candidates may submit online applications from midnight of 30-10-2018 to midnight of
21-11-2018. Only documents mentioned are required to be uploaded while submitting online application. The original documents will subsequently be verified at the time of certificate verification.
