Qualification :

Essential :-

1. Second class honours or a second class Masters Degree of a recognized University or its equivalent;
2. A bachelor degree in teaching or Education from recognized University or its equivalent;
3. Good knowledge in Bengali/ Nepali spoken and written and
4. Ability to undertake extensive tour on official duty.

Desirable :-

1. Teaching experience in schools and
2. Ability to organize extra curricular activities.
