Satish Dhawan Space Centre SHAR has a unique combination offacilities of Solid Propellant Production Plant, a Rocket Motor Static Test Facility, Launch Complexes for variety of rockets, Telemetry, Telecommand, Tracking, Data Acquisition and processing facilities and other
support services.

Scientist/ Engineer (SC) – 07
1. The posts are temporary, but likely to continue.
2. Age limit: 18-35 years as on 24.09.2012 for Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ (Post Nos. 02
to 05)
Relaxation in upper age limit by 05 years for SC/ST candidates and 03 years for
OBC candidates.
Ex-servicemen and Persons With Disabilities (PWD) are eligible for upper age
relaxation as per Government of India Orders.
For PWD persons, orders on reservation to the extent applicable will be extended
for the above posts.

The application for on-line registration will be hosted in the SDSC SHAR website
between 08.09.2012 (1000 hours) and 24.09.2012(1700 hours).
Interested & eligible candidates may visit our website at www.shar.gov.into
register their applications on-line between 08.09.2012 (1000 hours) and
24.09.2012 (1700 hours).
Upon registration, applicants will be provided with an on-line Registration
Number, which should be carefully preserved for future reference. E-mail IDof
the applicant will have to be given in the application compulsorily.
After On-line submission, it is mandatoryfor the applicant to send the printed
application form (confirmatory copy of application) duly signed and affixed with
latest passport size photograph along with the following documents by ORDINARY
POST without which online application will not be considered.
1. Attested copies of all testimonials inproof of educational qualifications
including mark lists, caste, experience etc.
2. A ‘No Objection Certificate’from the employer concerned in respect of those
applicants who are employed under Central/State Government/Public Sector
Undertakings/Autonomous Bodies.
The above documents should reach the following address within 15 days of registering
the application and in any case not later than 09.10.2012.
