ii) Applications should be submitted to the Member,Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Cachar,District & Sessions Judge Court Complex, Silchar, Pin-788001 in the prescribed Standard Form of Application, as published in the Assam Gazette in Part IX on or before 23.10.2011. Name of the post applied for should clearly be mentioned on the top of envelop and shall be sent or delivered by hand in a sealed envelop accompanied by self addressed envelop of size 11 cm X 25 cm, in neatly and distinctly written their own addresses with Pin, attached with properly valued postal stamps.
iii) Application should be accompanied by 2 copies of Passport size photographs, copies of relevant certificates of educational qualification, other qualification, age,caste etc duly attested by Gazetted Officer.
