1. Officer MM Scale-III: 04 vacancies
2. Officer MM Scale-II: 18 vacancies
3. Officer JM Scale-I: 47 vacancies
4. Office Assistants (Multipurpose): 43 vacancies
Age limit: The candidates age limit is below 40 years for the post of Officer MM Scale-III, above 21 years but below 32 years for the post of Officer MM Scale-II, above 18 years but below 28 years for the post of Officer JM Scale-I and between 18 years & 28 years for the post of Office Assistants as on 01-07-2011, age relaxation as per rules.
Application fee: Candidates pay the fee in the form of challan for Rs 450/- for general candidates and Rs 50/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates for the posts of Officer MM Scale-III, Officer MM Scale-II and Officer JM Scale-I and Rs 350/- for general candidates and Rs 50/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates and paid at in any branch of Canara Bank in any State from 23-08-2011 to 22-09-2011.
Selection procedure: The selection will be made on the basis of performance in written test & interview.
How to apply: The eligible and qualified candidates have to apply through online from the www.smgbamk.com website between 23-08-2011 to 22-09-2011. No other means/mode of applications accepted. Candidates follow the user guideline and instructions at the time of online apply.
Instructions for online apply:
1. Before applying online candidates first download the fee payment challan from the Banks website and paid at in any branch of State Bank of Hyderabad from 23-08-2011 and 22-09-2011.
2. Candidates should have a valid email ID, in case a candidate does not have a valid personal email ID, they should create their new email ID before applying online.
3. Branch Code and Branch Transaction Journal Number noted on the challan form should be correctly filled in the application at appropriate place.
4. Candidates after filling up all the mandatory fields and security check box, should be submitted by a click on the submit button.
5. Candidates should be filled all the mandatory fields, otherwise the system will not accept the application.
6. After submission of online application candidates should note/remember the Registration number and Password for future reference and use.
7. After applying online, the candidates should take a print out of the system generated online application form and retain it for future reference and use.
8. There is provision to modify or to correct the online application, available after two days of registration and up to 24-09-2011.
9. Candidates will not be permitted for the Written Test without the production of this Challan and Photograph.
